Refund Policy

1. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As a customer in the European Union (EU), you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition;
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

If your item does not meet these criteria, we may decline your return request.

We understand sizing can be challenging; therefore, please check the size chart section before making the purchase to make sure you select the right size. If the socks do not fit upon receipt of delivery, we will refund your payment or provide replacement in another size. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@plavinsvolley.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

  • The return must be shipped within 14 days of notifying us.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Information about return costs is available in our shipping policy

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@plavinsvolley.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or refund.
